• 1 Validity for employers

(1) The following General terms and conditions are valid for all deliverys between Moto-Klassik and the consumer at the time of order.

(2) “Consumer” related to our Terms and conditions is every natural Person that can conclude a legal transaction that not belongs to their commercial or self-employed occupation.

• 2 Conclusion of a contract, storing terms of contract conditions

3) Checking the cart
4) Confirming with klicking the button “check out”

6) Obligatory dispatch of the order

Before sending an obligatory order the customer can go back and edit data or cancel by pressing the “back” button that is included in the Webbrowser. After the customer has placed his order we will send you an automated generated E-Mail (“confirmation of an order”). With this step we accept your offer.

• 3 Prices, shipping costs, payment and settlement

(1) The displayed Prices are including sales tax. Costs for shipping are additional.
(2) The customer can use payment by invoice and PayPal as payment method.
(3) If the customer did choose pay in advance as payment method, the puchase price have to be payed immediately after conclusion of contract.

• 4 Delivery

(1) If there is no extra Information all our provided goods immediately ready to ship.

• 5 Reservation of proprietary rights

Until the complete payment we reserve us the ownership of the goods.

Within 14 day you can use your right to revocation in written form ( for example letter, E-Mail) or just if you return the goods.  The period starts with getting this Explanation but not before delivering (on recurrent orders not before delivering of the first partial delivery) and not before the fulfillment our duty informations related to §246 Abs1 and 2 EGBGB and our dutys related to §312 Abs 1 Satz 1 BGB to maintain contact Article 246 §3 EGBGB.  To maintain of the period of revocation ist quite enough to send the revocation or the return in time.

Consequences of Revocation

In case of a valid revocation all the received Services, if applicable interest, have to be  refund, on both sides. If you cant refund or only partial or in a bad state you have to pay compensation.  For the worsening of the Thing/good and for using it you only have to pay if the good was in a improper usw.   You can examine the good usual in a local store.

We take the risk of return on a ready to dispatch package. You have to pay the regular costs of the return if the ordered goods the one you ordered and the Price of the return is below a worth of 40,- € or you did not do a partial payment. • 7 Regulations for costs of return at revocation
